Notes: Stocks rallied from the market open, but bullishness faded somewhat with SQ on Friday and the FOMC meeting next week — the U.S. economy and stocks are really a day-to-day story depending on what data is released or who says what and that obviously impacts the sentiment and trading in Tokyo.
